The staff here are really friendly and incredibly accommodating, and the location is fantastic being in the center of Santa Eulalia!

The food was disappointing. Although we didn't go hungry the food was not as we had expected from comments seen on Trip Adviser. OK if you want to help yourself to 6 different flavours of Instant Whip for pudding. It was bland and boring, but probably reasonable value for money.

The sauna and steam room cost extra. When there is a gym these facilities are usually free.

This venue is perfectly located next to the beach and port, and they serve delicious, hot breakfasts with a great selection of options.

Very good location in centre of resort.few mins walk to the promenade and beach.lively pubs and restuarants nearby.Staff so friendly and helpful.Rooms cleaned every day with fresh towels and bed linen.Food excellent and we were delighted we had half board option.No problem with sun loungers.Our first visit to La Cala and look forward to return in the future.Would highly recommend this hotel and the Santa Ellulia Resort'

My husband and I thought the hotel was very clean and smart the entertainment at night was very good and the staff very friendly.

The only thing we didnt like were the cereal for breakfast which were very hard so we bought our own kellogs cornflakes and brought them to the dining room each morning.

Airy and cozy room equipped with a fridge and coffee maker, making it convenient for a comfortable stay. the location is awesome, being pretty close to Babylon Beach 🏖️.

Everything - one of the worst hotels I have ever been in. Booked a triple room and called the hotel beforehand and was promised a jr. Suite. Instead upon arrival, I was shown a tiny double room with a 3rd bed squeezed into it. Had a big argument with them and finally had to pay more money for a jr. Suite. Horrible location, service, awful breakfast, had to pay for everything - internet, safe, etc. if I were not able to change the room or leave the hotel after 2 days, I would have left the island completely. Fortunately, I was able to find another hotel fairly quickly before our entire vacation was completely ruined by this hotel.

The hotel was wonderful and clean with particularly good views over to the marina. We had an airy room with exceptionally comfortable bed, what else do you need for a nice stay. The food was incredible and the location was wonderful. There was a good restaurant, a shopping area and lovely shops next door.
